We design interfaces around what your users are trying to do, not what your org chart would like to show. The result should make sense within five seconds and be usable without a manual.
Start from usage
Good design starts with a plain question: who lands on this page, and what do they want to finish before leaving? On a teleconsultation platform, a patient arrives worried and needs to leave with an appointment. On a festival website, an organiser preparing a screening wants to know what can be programmed, what must be declared, and who to ask.
So we talk to the people concerned first, we read your usage statistics, and we look at what your competitors do. No heavy study: a few well-chosen interviews often knock down assumptions everyone took for granted. These conversations feed a one-page note, reviewed with you, that sets the priorities: what the site must let people do, and in what order of importance.
How we work
Scoping workshop
Half a day with your team to settle the goal, the constraints, and what must not change.
User journeys
We map the paths a visitor takes from the first click to the expected action, and we cut the detours.
Design system
Colours, typefaces, components and usage rules are set once, so every new screen stays consistent and quick to build.
Tested prototype
A clickable prototype goes to real users before a line of code is written. What trips them up gets fixed at this stage, when it costs a day and not a quarter.
What guides our choices
- Clarity
- One screen, one intention. In an online consultation flow, each question sits alone on the screen and the next one adapts to the answer.
- Conversion
- The main button is easy to spot, price and lead times appear before the visitor goes looking, and doubts (reimbursement, data security) are answered where they arise.
- Accessibility
- Contrast, text size, keyboard navigation, labels a screen reader can read. This work happens at the mock-up stage, not as a rescue the day before launch.
What you receive
Complete mock-ups of the key screens, a documented design system, a prototype validated by users, and files ready for our developers or yours.
When we also handle development, the design is never thrown over the wall: designers and developers work together from day one, which avoids beautiful screens that cannot be built within the budget.
You see the work as it moves: a presentation every two weeks, on real screens, with time to say what suits you and what does not.
A site to redo, a product to design?
